According to their 2023 predictions, Enlighted, a smart buildings proptech company, looked at the technology imperatives to evolve across people, space, and work. Here are some interesting findings, regarding Sustainability:

“Given the reality of rising real estate and energy costs and low space utilization, corporate executives will turn to IoT-enabled technologies to get more productivity from the people and the space they already have. And 74 percent of companies now see digitization as a key drive of change processes in buildings.”

“44% of CEOs state ‘lack of data insights’ stand in the way of their sustainability goals”
