It’s not a Wednesday wisdom day, but here is some great advice for startup companies from the guy who literally wrote the book, “The Lean Startup,” Eric Ries:

“As you consider building your own minimum viable product, let this simple rule suffice: remove any feature, process or effort that does not contribute directly to the learning you seek.”

(and then, do it again. and again…)

because “Customer don’t care how much time something takes to build. They only care if it serves their needs.”
